Yesterday, the Tver region also set a temperature record, warming to only one degree Celsius. Broken record of 60 years ago.

Forecasters have warned that in the next couple of days warming expect just not worth it: a night in the Tver region will be cold.

In addition to the Tver region, snow also fell in Murmansk and Kostamuksha (for the first time since June ’32). In St. Petersburg, instead of snow was small hail.”
